Sal’s Home Watch Services provides scheduled visual inspections of your property to identify and address obvious issues early, offering peace of mind while you’re away.

In addition, Sal has completed the National Home Watch Association’s requirements to become a Certified Home Watch Professional. Trained in the most comprehensive and current standards for the home watch industry. Sal’s FL Home Watch Services is insured and bonded.

What does Sal do?

Sal confirms your home is properly secured and checks for any visual issues, including but not limited to:

  • Exterior walk around to review siding, doors, roof, patios, garage & lanai

  • Check for water or plumbing leaks as well as flushes toilets and runs water in sinks, tubs & showers

  • Check for proper operating AC, noting current interior temperature & humidity

  • Review work completed by any service providers including yard & pool maintenance and pest control

  • Bring in mail or packages, send photos of any mail received

Detailed reports are provided with photos or videos of any found issues after each visit to your home.

Additional a la carte services include:

  • Assist with scheduling contractors & meet them at your home, staying present if requested while they complete their service or repair, providing photos or videos of the completed work and securing your home after

  • Pre-storm preparation including installing/closing storm shutters, securing outdoor furniture and garbage cans, etc

  • Post storm review with detailed feedback including photos or video

  • Forward mail or packages

  • Water plants

  • Replace LP tank for a grill or fire pit

  • Replace HVAC filters

  • Changing light bulbs

  • Replacing batteries in a smoke detector or camera system

  • Add salt to a water softener

  • Virtual or video walk through of your home
