Additional Services
Additional a la carte services can be completed at an hourly rate.
Services can include:
Assist with scheduling contractors & meet them at your home, staying present if requested while they complete their service or repair, providing photos or videos of the completed work and securing your home after
Pre-storm preparation including installing/closing storm shutters, securing outdoor furniture and garbage cans, etc
Post storm review with detailed feedback including photos or video
Water plants
Replace LP tank for a grill or fire pit
Replace HVAC filters
Changing light bulbs
Replacing batteries in a smoke detector or camera system
Add salt to a water softener
Virtual walk through of your home
